Where do you draw the line? One day you're detail oriented or you feel uncomfortable in your messy life and you're labeled OCD, the next day you feel inspired by your thoughts, musing through your awareness and you're labeled ADD. If you love attention, and you love your imagination and you've learned (subconsciously) that 'acting out' fills your cravings for attention, you're labeled ADHD.
Learning when to concentrate and to ignore the onslaught of your attention seeking environment, and then to learn when to let your mind flow freely as it's contemplating the future, processing possibilities and fears or plain inventing a better mouse trap, is not as hard as it seems, with the right tools.
I believe that chemically stabilizing Imagination or Concentration may be temporarily interesting to find some relief, but it doesn't address the actual cause of these thought patterns or behaviors.
Dealing with the root causes and your (conditioned) relationships with your environments heavily influences how sensitive you are to defaulting into these patterns.
If you've tried the popular routes and you're looking, this time, to solve the problems at the root-source, please contact me and we'll get started right away!
